Payments & Orders
We must receive full payment for items and delivery before dispatch. Confirmation email will be sent once payment is received. All personal information is confidential. All Kilts and Jackets are custom-made and non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case we offer a refund or exchange.
Delivery
Goods are held at your own risk after delivery; we are not liable for loss or destruction.
If shipping is delayed due to non-contact from customers, we are not liable for returns or damaged parcels. Customers can cancel orders before manufacturing.
Quality Assurance
All kilts go through QA testing before shipping to ensure correct size and high quality.
Fraud Prevention
Customer information may be used for anti-fraud checks and may be shared with credit reference or fraud agencies as required.
