Shipping Policy

By placing an order through Our Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.


Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are fixed for each item, it may vary according to your destination. Shipping Payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.

Delivery Time

It takes about 2-3 weeks to make a custom Kilt, and 3-4 more days for delivery, so the standard order will be delivered within 3-4 weeks at maximum. If you need your Kilt within 8-10 working days, the Rush Order delivery option is available for you. We process Rush Orders on top priority and dispatch the orders within 3-4 working days. In rare cases, the delivery might be subject to influences beyond our control, such as fabric availability or natural disasters. In those cases, delivery might take slightly longer.

Change of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Duties Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country. 


For some European countries, additional duties and taxes may be charged on arrival in the destination country. These additional duties and taxes will be paid by the customer and the company will not be responsible for paying them.

Remote Area Surcharge

Remote Area Surcharge is applied to areas which are less accessible or distant. You might be asked to pay extra for delivery if your address lies in a remote area. 


If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
