By placing an order through Our Website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties understand expectations and are mutually protected.
General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts, but occasionally discrepancies may occur. We will fulfill available items and contact you regarding back-orders or refunds.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are fixed per item and may vary by destination. Payment is collected with the purchase and is final for delivery.
Delivery Time
Custom kilts take 2–3 weeks to craft. Standard delivery requires an additional 3–4 days. Most orders arrive within 3–4 weeks.
Rush Orders are prioritized and dispatched within 3–4 working days, with delivery expected in 8–10 working days from order date.
Change of Delivery Address
Delivery addresses can be changed any time before the order is dispatched.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact customer service. If delivered without your presence, contact customer service for next steps.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments are pre-paid. Some European countries may charge additional duties on arrival, which will be paid by the customer.
Remote Area Surcharge
Extra delivery charges may apply for remote or less accessible areas.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, refer to our refund policy.
