SIZING
Where can I find your size guide?
We never want to send you something that doesn’t fit properly so we have size guides available on our website to help you find the perfect fit.
The size guide is specific for most kilts, but as the majority of them are custom-made they only fit personal preferences.
Here is a link to our video size guide.
Is it possible to use a measurement of my pants/jeans for a kilt?
We recommend you take a new and separate measurement for your kilts as Pants measurements may vary compared to Kilts.
What is a Fell Measurement?
The fell is the distance from the waistline to the hip measurement line. This is generally 1/3 of the length of the entire kilt. This can, however, be a little shorter depending on where you want the top of your kilt to be.
I have a certain height, what will be the kilt length?
Usually, a kilts length is 1/3 of a person’s height, but it depends on personal preference on where you wear the kilt on your body.
My waist after measuring becomes bigger than my usual size, what shall I do?
The kilt is historically worn below the navel so your waist measurements may vary from everyday clothing.
Again, please follow our size guide for specific instructions on how to measure yourself for a custom-made kilt.
