The laces are also somewhat adjustable in place which makes it easy to adjust the fit around the ankle as necessary once they are in place.

How to Wear and Lace Ghillie Brogues

Once you know all the steps, lacing them up is easy. The process begins the same way it would be laced normally, then the two long laces are placed over the ankle and worked towards the calf. Tie them off above or below the knee as preferred and as it suits their kilt hose!
